Sorry, we can currently only deliver to Germany and a few selected countries - see below. Unfortunately not even to all EU countries we are able to deliver.
Some ways to get your products anyway are mentioned below.


Why?

EU packaging regulation
The EU packaging regulation - according to which we are of course registered in Germany and pay the corresponding amounts in Germany - is implemented differently in the EU member states. Unfortunately, this is sometimes too complicated for small companies like us: According to the EU Packaging Regulation, we would have to register in all countries - individually in each case - and pay the corresponding minimum fees, unless national law provides for de minimis limits.

In the following countries, our deliveries are below the national de minimis limits, so we are happy to deliver to

  • Belgium
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic
  • Slovenia
  • Norway

For other countries, we recommend that you take a look at the information under Alternative Delivery Options further down.


Customs
Then there are the customs regulations. Fortunately, we do not have to deal with export regulations within the EU.
So far so good, which is why delivery to the countries mentioned above is unproblematic.
However, this naturally does not apply to exports

  • to Switzerland
  • to the United Kingdom
  • to the rest of the world

Here it is impossible for us to implement the customs and export regulations. Sorry again.


Options
If we cannot deliver to your home country, you still have a few options:


Firstly

We can send your order to friends and relatives at an address in Germany or one of the countries to which we can deliver.

Secondly 

If you have planned a tour through one of these countries anyway, we can also deliver to your booked campsites or other accommodation locations.
In both cases, please enter your home address as the billing address and an address in the countries listed above as the delivery address.

Finally

There are a few service providers who have taken on the problems of cross-border trade - see below


Alternative Delivery Options

SWITZERLAND
Our customers have found a solution for Switzerland, as there are service providers who take care of customs clearance on behalf of Swiss consumers.
So far, our customers have made use of the following service providers:

We have no contracts with these service providers and do not receive any commissions or similar.
The contractual relationship exists directly between you and the named service providers; we only deliver to the address of the service provider in Germany that the customer gives us.
Perhaps this is a viable option for you as a Swiss citizen.

UNITED KINGDOM &
ALL OTHER EU COUNTRIES and WORLDWIDE
to which we cannot deliver directly for the reasons mentioned. For the United Kingdom and other countries, you may consider to choose a similar option:

We will deliver to a German address and the service provider will take care of shipping and handling to you. Again, we have no contractual relationship with the service provider. The contract is between the service provider and you. We do not receive any commissions or similar.
